Subscriptions can auto renew with automatic email invoices and receipts. Built-in renewal notifications and automatic emails let you – and your customers – know when subscription payments have been processed, so there are never any surprises. Subscriptions can auto renew or expire.
How it works:
1. The customer chooses the wine type (red, white or mix of both).
2. The customer decides whether they want their orders held for pick up or delivery.
3. Based on these choices, the customer is billed a fixed amount yearly, quarterly or monthly.
Mix and Match lets wine club members fulfill their order themselves, ensuring they receive only the wine they want delivered to where they want.
How it works:
1. You set the number of bottles needed to “complete” the order (e.g. 12 bottles) and define which items should be available to choose from.
2. Your wine club member maintains complete control over the quantity of individual wines being packaged together.
3. Members can choose whether to have the shipment delivered or if they would prefer to pick it up.
4. When it’s time to send off new Wine Club shipments, members are reminded by email that it’s time to fulfill their next wine club order online, other than that, the process is the same.
